Due to the fact that spaces are limited, housing will be distributed on the first-come first-serve basis.
Please make your requests as soon as possible, and have the following information ready:

- Number of people (male/female)
- Time of arrival
- Amount of nights of housing needed

Housing assignments will be distributed on Friday 2/20 at the Social & Reception Gala (in the Susquehanna Room),
between 8pm - 11pm. This is where you will meet your hosts. Please also note that bed spaces are
limited, therefore please bring pillows, blankets, and/or sleeping bags. If you have any questions,
